Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on public holidays are shipped the next business day.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide Free Standard Shipping within the UK (5–7 business days, delivered by Royal Mail).
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. Orders from outside the UK cannot be processed at this time.
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking usually activates within 24 hours.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items, including:

Returns must be initiated within 60 days of purchase and should be sent back with original packaging whenever possible.
Q: How do I start a return?
Simply email us at contact@azmazi.co.uk with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label via email.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. Azmazi provides a prepaid return label for all returns, whether the item is defective or not. Please note that Azmazi is not responsible for items shipped outside the provided return method.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. If you don’t see it, please check with your bank or card provider.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
Yes. We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products, as well as new or slightly used items if you prefer a replacement instead of a refund. Email us at contact@azmazi.co.uk to arrange an exchange.
